About The Position

Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. Modern software is complex and dependency-rich, making it increasingly difficult to pinpoint the risks that truly matter. Endor Labs solves this challenge by building a call graph of your entire software estate—enabling teams to clearly identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks faster. Trusted by companies that are one or one hundred years old, Endor Labs secures code whether it was written by humans or AI, and whether it's 40-year old C++ code or cutting edge Bazel Monorepos. Endor Labs was founded by serial entrepreneurs Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, and is backed by leading VC firms such as Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures. Sounds interesting? Let’s talk if you want to be part of the next big leap in security innovation! As a Partner Solutions Architect at Endor Labs, you are the technical bridge between our product and our most strategic alliance partners. You will drive the technical roadmap and execution for integrations that expand the Endor Labs ecosystem and deliver multiplied value to joint customers.

You're comfortable managing complex technical projects that span multiple external stakeholders and can navigate the unique dynamics of B2B technical partnerships.
  • Integration Expertise: Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs, SDKs, Webhooks, and modern integration patterns. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript. You can read code, write proof-of-concepts, debug partner implementations, and build "glue code" to solve integration challenges.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Robust understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and CI/CD ecosystems. You know the major players (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, GCP, Splunk, etc.), understand where these tools meet, and how they should talk to each other in enterprise workflows.
  • Communication & Influence: You can articulate complex technical architectures to both developers and business leaders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to create technical documentation and navigate the nuances of technical partnerships. You know how to build consensus across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Solver & Builder: You're proactive about identifying gaps in current integrations and have the technical chops to solve them. You take end-to-end ownership of integration initiatives and are comfortable driving projects across organizational boundaries in ambiguous environments.
  • Collaborative & Adaptive: You thrive in team settings, value diverse perspectives, and adapt your approach based on partner needs and constraints. You excel at building relationships and working cross-functionally.
  • Curious and Eager to Learn: Always on the lookout for new technologies and understanding the intricacies of how different systems work together.

Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner architects and technical leaders, representing Endor Labs' capabilities and fostering collaborative partnerships that ensure mutual success.
  • Architect "Better Together" Solutions: Design and document technical reference architectures, integration patterns, and API contracts that showcase the joint value of Endor Labs and partner solutions. Build compelling proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations that bring these integrations to life.
  • Enable Partner Success: Serve as the technical expert for partner teams integrating with Endor Labs. Provide deep technical guidance on our APIs, data models, webhooks, and platform capabilities. Jump into code to help partners debug integrations and accelerate their development cycles.
  • Drive Integration Quality: Collaborate with internal Engineering, Product, and Partnership teams to ensure integrations meet quality standards, security requirements, and deliver genuine customer value. Own the technical validation and certification process for partner integrations.
  • Partner Enablement & Advocacy: Create technical content including integration guides, reference architectures, sample code, and best practices documentation. Educate partner technical teams on Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security. Serve as an evangelist for our technical alliances at industry events, partner forums, and co-present solutions to joint customers.
  • Influence Product Roadmap: Provide feedback from the partner ecosystem to our internal Engineering and Product teams, ensuring our APIs and platform are built for world-class extensibility. Your insights from partner engagements will directly shape our integration capabilities and roadmap.
