We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home); this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters. Our Strategic Partnerships team is seeking a talented Partner Solution Launch Manager to lead all aspects of partner solution launches. This role owns the end-to-end launch process, from planning through market activation. It ensures BI WORLDWIDE's brand integrity and drives adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. The Partner Solution Launch Manager will develop launch strategies, create implementation assets, and deliver enablement programs that accelerate partner readiness and empower account teams for successful solution adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management or go-to-market activities for enterprise software or technology companies
  • 3 -- 5 years of experience working within a channel or partner ecosystem, with a focus on solution launches and partner enablement
  • Strong customer focus with a responsive and action-oriented mindset
  • Proven success in planning and executing partner solution launches that drive adoption and measurable business impact
  • Ability to create clear, compelling solution positioning and enablement resources that drive engagement and readiness
  • Skilled at making timely, critical decisions that influence cross-functional teams and investments
  • Self-starter and quick thinker who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and adapts to change effectively

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end partner solution launch process, from strategy development through market activation, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Define launch strategies, timelines, and assets to maximize adoption and organizational impact
  • Introduce co-developed product features and deliver implementation documentation that simplifies setup and accelerates adoption
  • Build and maintain a centralized hub for quick access to sales, training, and implementation collateral
  • Drive account team readiness through clear communication, impactful resources, and hands-on training
  • Develop enablement programs and tools that support sales and delivery teams in positioning and implementing partner solutions
  • Monitor launch performance using data and insights, recommending adjustments for underperforming initiatives
