Partner Skilling PM Americas Partner Skilling Event Planning and Support: • Plan and deliver skilling events and activities (virtual and in person) • Liaise with large-scale skilling event teams to determine customized delivery for managed partners. • Plan and execute partner-specific skilling weeks/events (sales, technical, hackathon) across workloads, both virtual and in-person. • Provide operational support for voucher distribution to assigned Partners. • Launch and manage the private training program for select partners. Facilitate ongoing ROB for partner accounts. • Provide Operational and Administrative support to ensure efficient project delivery. • Drive continuous program improvements and innovation through regular analysis to drive partner satisfaction. Americas Partner Skilling Program Management: • Manage partner programs in the region, plan, execute, and report on partner programs. • Lead end-to-end execution of priority sales and technical skilling events and projects. • Create and update project plans, including change management. • Manage ESI program-related internal projects and workstreams. • Develop and maintain detailed project workback plans. • Communicate client objectives clearly to all team members. • Manage aspects of the ESI partner programs. • Deliver effective communication and Stakeholder management by managing queries and escalations, facilitating transparent communication with regular meetings and providing regular program status updates. Event and Program Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze the success of events and prepare after-event reports. • Deliver analysis on event success and prepare stakeholder reports. • Track workstream status and impact reporting for leads/stakeholders. #LI-LJ1 #remote
