About The Position

You will be responsible for working closely with existing AutoStore partners. This will involve building deep relationships across different departments, including concepting, solution development, sales and project delivery, to capture the right opportunities and position AutoStore as the preferred option in our addressable market. In addition, you will be expected to maintain day-to-day relations and collaborate with the partners to ensure best-in-class service and support. The role also involves organizing and orchestrating Pipeline Calls to gain in-depth knowledge of the partners' pipeline and progress, and planning and executing Quarterly Business Reviews with the partner(s) at their facility or a feasible location.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful work in a partner sales or channel sales.
  • 1+ year of experience selling in materials handling or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record in successfully demonstrating strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence others, and effectively translate technical information into non-technical language.
  • Highly accountable and results-oriented, with a practical and problem-solving approach.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience coordinating with a third party integrator.
  • Experience managing large scale projects that involve multiple third party stakeholders.
  • Confidently handling objections.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong business acumen and comfort in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Office and sales systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute the Partner Manager role in accordance with AutoStore Strategy and represent and promote AutoStore as an ambassador and trusted Go-To person for the partners.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the partner.
  • Develop/Drive business plans to achieve annual goals and drive growth.
  • Develop excellent customer relations, and orchestrate the technical engagement at a senior level, utilizing knowledge of product portfolio and of customers' applications and requirements.
  • Support AutoStore partners on customer visits, trainings, etc. (on request).
  • Get to a good technical and commercial understanding of Autostore.
  • Demonstrate AutoStore capabilities by using AutoStore tools.
  • Liaise with the larger AutoStore community and seek an understanding of the complete AutoStore offering.
  • Work to establish AutoStore as the distributor's preferred supplier/technology.
  • Maintain the integrity of Customer Master Data and use and update the CRM tool according to procedures (maintain accurate records of project activities, customer interactions, and sales).
  • Deliver and report results against key performance metrics.
