About The Position

Partner Sales Executive (US) – Hunter Profile Build the US business. Own pipeline. Close deals. Scale to VP. The Mission We are resetting and rebuilding our US go-to-market. This is not a “from scratch” story: We already have an established US presence with ~$15M revenue We are a $100M+ revenue company globally Now we are rebuilding the sales team with a clear focus on execution, pipeline and growth. This is not a “channel management” role. This is a hunter role in a partner-led model. You will: build pipeline through partners drive deals end-to-end close business yourself If you meet your goals, you will help reshape and scale the US business and can grow into VP Sales US within 12–24 months What You’ll Do Build your own pipeline – using partners as a force multiplier Identify, activate, and push partners into real deal creation Run deals end-to-end (qualification → close) Own a full revenue quota Work directly with senior leadership (CEO / CRO) Help define how modern partner-led sales actually works This is not: waiting for partner leads, internal coordination, slide-making This is: hunting, pushing, closing What We’re Looking For We are looking for A-Players.
