About The Position

The Partner Sales Enablement Specialist at Amazon Web Services (AWS) plays a crucial role in delivering tools, training, processes, and enablement programs to enhance the effectiveness of AWS Partner Sales teams. This position involves supporting project plans to accelerate initiatives and implementing programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The specialist will focus on onboarding, ongoing training, and developing resources that empower sales teams to better serve customers and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience communicating, presenting, engaging, and influencing stakeholders
  • Ability to assimilate to the team culture and self-manage in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • 2+ years of project management, sales enablement, direct sales, or sales operations experience
  • Experience working with or in technology or Partner Sales fields
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization and create a vision that can scale quickly
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations
  • Experience using sales or customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee training using various instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based and virtual learning.
  • Assist in the development and scaling of enablement activities throughout the year, identifying gaps and designing projects to meet business requirements.
  • Identify project roadblocks, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage resolutions.
  • Report on the effectiveness of enablement investments through dashboards and recurring reporting mechanisms.
  • Maintain scheduled deadlines and detailed training and initiative status reports across the Partner Sales team.
  • Collaborate with worldwide enablement teams to educate account teams and introduce new programs.
  • Support ad hoc special projects as needed.
