As a Partner Sales Development Intern, you will be immersed in all things sales and learning the process of selling of Oracle solutions through our Partners. The internship will begin with a week of training that includes a comprehensive curriculum where interns begin to learn consultative selling skills and Oracle solutions. This serves as the base of learning and provides you with the tools to lay the foundation for your future sales career. You will spend the summer connecting with Oracle Partners through targeted outreach and working alongside our highly collaborative Partner sales team. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, and completing your Senior year by summer 2026.
  • Must be returning to Bachelor's degree program after completion of the internship.
  • Strong interest in sales and technology.
  • Business Administration, Business Management, Business Marketing, Professional Selling majors preferred.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
  • Competitive with a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated resilience.
  • Coachable & intellectually curious.
  • Persuasive, professional, and prepared.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Build sales pipeline through Partners, using cold calling methodologies, Oracle partner programs and social selling.
  • Build a strong foundation of industry competence, Oracle product knowledge & sales methodology that will provide credibility when interacting with decision-makers.
  • Develop sales skills vital to identify and qualify new business opportunities and/or expansion/upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on go-to-market strategy, demand generation activities and targets.
  • Present a final capstone project to culminate your intern experience.
