Influence enterprise-wide safety programs for major capital projects and operational facilities. Deliver high-impact solutions in leadership, culture, compliance, and risk management. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives in technology, power, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors. Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of safety leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health & Safety, Human Factors, Engineering, Science, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive Health & Safety leadership experience, including consulting.
• Proven success delivering multimillion-dollar sales annually and winning strategic projects.
• Deep expertise in technology and/or power sectors; experience in oil & gas, chemical, mining, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to shape client needs at executive levels.

Nice To Haves

• Recognized technical certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar).
• Established reputation and client network in the local marketplace.
• Passion for advancing EHS performance and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM’s full suite of consulting services.
• Design and implement Health & Safety compliance programs, performance transformation initiatives, and risk management systems.
• Provide thought leadership on EHS, ESG, and sustainability topics.
• Develop commercial strategies to secure high-value opportunities aligned with ERM’s global vision.
• Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering innovation and talent growth.
• Ensure financial targets, project timelines, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
