In this role you will get a little bit of everything, strategic and process work, and a mix of marketing, technology, customer service, and operations. You will act as a voice of the partner; listening, learning and advocating for the partners and their customers throughout the organization. The role is a balance of both relationship management as well as project management. There is never a dull moment!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of project management and relationship management experience.
• Experience in marketing, operations, business development, technology or partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong presentation skills and comfort interacting with all levels of a partner’s organization.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in project management tools, such as Smartsheet or Workfront.
• Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and deliver projects for your assigned partners on time and on-budget.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and team members with projects in various business areas.
• Launch new products and desired functionality for partners with ongoing coordination.
• Strategize partner enhancements to promote increased integration and growth.
• Communicate around product delivery, marketing initiatives, and partnership opportunities.
• Offer ideas, suggestions, and impact analysis to enhance team effectiveness.
• Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with partners.
