About The Position

As a Partner Program Coordinator at NetApp, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our partner programs. You will work closely with the Partner Programs team to manage a mix of administrative and project management tasks that enhance the NetApp Partner experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and passionate about building strong relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is desirable but not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools like Salesforce or PowerBI desired
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and channel programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of partner program release requirements and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to triage and assign program requests to appropriate resources for resolution.
  • Perform processing and documentation of partner applications, including internal and external communications on application status.
  • Maintain program Teams site and release boards.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities and field-driven program requests.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review release status and report progress to Partner Programs leadership.
  • Manage the scheduling and planning for program meetings, training, and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the partner program team.
