Job Description: Help build the best Networking company on the planet! This role focuses on enabling success for HPE’s Networking business in the channel by enabling partners in our HPE Partner Programs. These include the new Partner Ready Vantage, SMB / eCommerce, and special programs like Global Deals and the Hospitality vertical. Key focus areas extend from direct support of program guides and content, onboarding and enrollment improvements, partner status and check engine requirements for HPE Networking, partner data analysis and improvements, and channel payment success. You’ll work with our channel strategy teams, operations, and IT on all these fronts to ensure an optimal partner experience and growth. This scope requires a background in HPE sales operations, channel, account operations, or a similar discipline area. Partner program experience is ideal as well. The ideal candidate will have a mix of communication ability (writing and presentations) as well as a penchant for data and analysis. The role develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the partner insights on program enrollments, certification & training, data quality issues, time to first deal, time to first payment, and other analyses to make the partner experience transparent and enable identification of improvement opportunities. Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the partner life-cycle across their participation in HPE's programs (content, incentives, enrollment, onboarding, certification, success tracking, data & profiling). Reports and analyzes data on channel productivity and experience. Maintains and enhances automation systems, partner data models, and other tools/systems to effectively monitor the overall success and improvement initiatives of our partner programs for HPE Networking.
