As the Partner Program Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the One Identity Partner Program daily operations, ensuring it runs effectively and efficiently and driving increased partner engagement and satisfaction.   • Manage and process Marketing Development Fund (MDF) payments and partner program rebates, and incentives
  • Lead annual partner assessment process to ensure they meet all requirements for accreditation
  • Oversee One Identity migration to a new partner relationship management tool
  • Maintain and update partner portal asset library to enhance accessibility of marketing materials
  • Update quarterly price lists in partner portal
  • Support Channel Account Manager (CAM) responsible for AWS and MSFT relationships, including development and execution of marketing plan, working closely with the vendor's Partner Development Managers
  • Processing of pipeline in partnership with regional iCAMs
  • Updating One Identity product and vendor profiles, as needed
  • Manage partner email inboxes, responding to inquiries regarding MDF access, rebates, payments, and certifications
  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are effectively utilizing the program's resources and tools
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience working in channel marketing for a software or information technology company with proven results
  • Must be able to work with internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Must be proactive and professional and be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • B2B marketing experience in channel marketing and program development is critical
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
