About The Position

The Partner Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the Indirect Partner Programs in North America. This role involves managing partner applications, onboarding, compliance, and performance monitoring, ensuring that partners adhere to contractual agreements and operational processes. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver a well-managed service offering, facilitate contract management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Business or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in project management and change management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Power BI and other MS Office applications.
• Strong focus on partner/customer relations and operational aspects of the business.
• Sound administrative skills and ability to influence others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in managing indirect service offerings.
• Familiarity with D365, Partner Portal, and SAP systems.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate partner onboarding and contract management, including red-lining and amendments.
• Initiate partner setup in Lexmark systems and gather necessary documentation.
• Coordinate training sessions and materials for partners.
• Ensure partners comply with contractual agreements and monitor operational delivery of service contracts.
• Manage warranty claims, partner payments, and ensure data accuracy in D365.
• Serve as the escalation point for internal teams and partners regarding indirect claims processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans for improvement.
• Utilize Lean methodology for process efficiency and continuous improvement.
