About The Position

We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Partner Program Coordinator to support and scale the Unanet Partner Program. In this role, you will manage day-to-day partner operations, maintain program documentation, coordinate partner onboarding and certifications, and ensure partners have the resources they need to succeed. This is a critical role for the Partner Team, as the continued growth and impact of our partner ecosystem depends on strong processes, clear communication, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Partner Managers and cross-functional teams, and you'll be a key contributor to the ongoing evolution of the program. Location Preferred: Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. or Maryland (DMV) What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing the partner mailbox, portal activity, and incoming requests Maintain scalable, repeatable processes that support the growth of the Partner Program, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation in Confluence Collaborate with Unanet University to support partner certification requirements, track progress, and manage prerequisites Own and grow the Partner Community by sharing updates, awarding badges, and driving engagement Process and track partner-submitted leads, flag potential channel conflicts, and ensure proper documentation in Salesforce Champion Unanet’s value proposition and product portfolio to partners, helping them understand and communicate the benefits of partnering with us. Manage partnership contracts, ensuring proper execution, documentation, and organization across relevant systems and platforms Develop and maintain partner portal documentation, leveraging AI tools to draft, update, and organize content for clarity and consistency Understand and articulate the breadth of Unanet’s product portfolio and its associated value proposition by being able to sell the value of why partner with Unanet Keep CRM data and partner records accurate and up to date to support sales, finance and program reporting needs Participate in sales training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to continually sharpen your partner program knowledge and skills Your First 90 Days First 30 Days You'll immerse yourself in Unanet’s product, the industries we serve, and our partner program strategy. During this time, you'll: Meet key teams across the organization and understand how they interact with partners. Get to know our partners and partner managers. Gain access to Salesforce and learn how we manage partner program processes. Begin supporting the partner portal and partner community, familiarizing yourself with engagement strategies and best practices. Shadow team members to learn day-to-day operations. First 60 Days You'll start taking on more responsibilities, including: Processing partner contracts and lead submissions. Deepen your understanding of our product positioning and how we support partner and direct sales efforts. Transition from shadowing to managing partner processes independently. First 90 Days By this point, you’ll be confidently managing key partner program tasks, including: Handling incoming partner requests and overseeing the partner community. Processing leads and supporting partner engagement efforts. Effectively communicating the value of Why Partner with Unanet to partners. Identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance existing processes to drive program growth.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience with partner program or prior sales experience ideally in B2B software
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled sales and CRM tools (e.g. Gong, Copilot, Glean, ZoomInfo) to optimize partner program management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include excel and PPT
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong problem-solver with an analytical mindset to optimize workflows and processes
  • Willing to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP software solutions
  • Experience in the Government Contracting or Architectural & Engineering Industries
  • Experience working with various partner types including: VAR/Reseller, Services/Implementation, Technology/Integration and/or Referral Partners
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Crossbeam
  • Power user of Confluence
