SUMMARY: The Partner Program Administrator is responsible for performing administrative duties essential to the proper servicing of clients and Partners. Duties include data entry, generating of Power of Attorneys and recontracts along with other paperwork. This position requires the safe handling of sensitive client information as well as, the ability to handle stressful client related situations and provide pragmatic solutions that meet both client, Partner and company objectives. AP Program Administrators are required to work with both affiliate partners and with clients who are assigned to affiliate partners and are required to understand basic tax and tax resolution concepts, internal procedures, and case progression principles.
