Manages one or more PSC functions to ensure data integrity and Partner satisfaction with PeopleSoft transactions. Oversees a functional process area that may include payroll, benefits, or transaction services. Creates the overall strategy for corresponding area with clearly defined objectives for both the area and the personnel. Provides leadership, mentoring and training to a team of non-exempt employees. Provides performance feedback and counseling regularly and/or when necessary. Provides input to budget planning. Monitors the integrity of HR systems and data by implementing exception reporting, SOP's, and audit practices. Resolves escalated issues. Acts as Custodian of Records for payroll, employment or benefit records. Ensures maintenance and integrity of personnel records and file retention. Complies with subpoena requests as required. Performs system processing to include the execution of payroll, open enrollment and year-end jobs. Partners with other areas of the business on process enhancements and special programs.
