About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, retail, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including real-time support and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage key relationships and maintain strong partnerships with top retailers.
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfort in data and analytics, with the ability to review key metrics and drive improvement actions.
  • Flexible and resourceful, with a positive attitude in demanding environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to retailers using Instacart's technology, developing operational solutions that maximize success.
  • Identify and respond to performance gaps by crafting innovative, from-scratch solutions that drive operational excellence.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to guide the development of solutions that support retailers in maximizing technology usage.
  • Build operational buy-in from retail partners, fostering strong relationships to drive alignment and execution.
  • Collaborate with program management to refine and scale best practices for deployment and implementation strategies.
