About The Position
Podium Education partners with colleges and companies to supercharge the undergraduate degree with skills, experience, and a bridge to a great career. In 2023, Podium was the largest accredited producer of technical talent in the United States. Podium serves a population of over 1,000,000 students across more than 70 of the largest and most well-known universities in the country, including Georgetown, UNC, Harvard, ASU, and Texas A&M. In 2023, Podium acquired Untapped, the leading all in one early career software and talent marketplace, to further our mission of making sure every college student has a path to a great career. Together we are building the end to end platform from college to career. Podium Education programs are offered as online courses within standard university semesters. Through Podium, students gain real-world experience while tackling projects from the world's most recognized brands, such as Spotify, Netflix, Shopify, Uber, Google, and Airbnb. Our flagship program is the Global Career Accelerator which runs at 70+ universities around the country. Student Experience - Customer NPS is better than Netflix, Apple, and Amazon. Student Access - Programs are for credit, count towards graduation, and are financial aid eligible. Student Outcomes - Their undergraduate students go on to work at places like JP Morgan, Airbnb, Stripe and Deloitte directly through our careers marketplace.
