About The Position
Supports all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, continuous improvement, career pathways, and off-boarding/retirement. Under the leadership of the Senior Officer of Talent Management and in collaboration with the Directors of Human Resources, this position ensures the district attracts, retains, and develops exceptional talent aligned with strategic goals and initiatives.
