About The Position
Our client, a prominent regional civil defense law firm, is seeking a Partner to help grow their North Carolina presence. This position is designed for experienced legal professionals who are looking to expand their practice in a supportive and dynamic environment. The firm is committed to providing exceptional legal services and is looking for a partner who shares this vision. The role will primarily involve court appearances, but it will initially be a remote position, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. Candidates are expected to bring portable business, which is essential for the growth of the firm's client base in the region. While groups are welcome to apply, it is not a requirement for candidates. The firm is open to junior or mid-level partners, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in a reputable law firm. The compensation package is competitive, with a base salary ranging from $150,000 to $250,000+, depending on the amount of portable business brought in by the candidate. In addition to the base salary, there are bonuses and benefits available to successful candidates.
