About The Position

This career opportunity is with the Banking Domain and Consulting unit of Wipro within Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical. This is a Partner - Networks position to deliver profitable growth by building on existing and emerging capabilities within our clients. The role-holder is expected to grow the portfolio of services, and C-level relationships, which would also enable growth of other Wipro services. The role holder will be a key partner in driving account level strategy, with other leaders across the account.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in Networks such as MasterCard, VISA AMEX is primary.

  • Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi-locational consulting projects with distributed teams.
  • Proven track record of differentiated consulting sales, and strong focus on delivery and operational management.
  • Track record of working on business and transformative technology themes.
  • Relevant experience working as an experienced consultant and SME across the business value chain (e.g. cards, payments, lending, retail/digital banking, commercial/corporate banking, asset management, investment banking, treasury) to position you in a leadership position.
  • Experience in consultative selling and creating client business case for value-based pitches.

Responsibilities

  • Defining a sound business growth strategy in conjunction with account team; focus on growing the consulting business contribution to account through differentiated sales, and higher billing rates and margins.
  • Ensuring the consulting business opens new business opportunities to expand Wipro's client footprint.
  • Enhancing positioning with the C-suite by effectively positioning differentiated services and solutions within the account.
  • Creating a strong Wipro Market Positioning - help improve Wipro's mindshare amongst key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Ensuring strong leadership with the consulting teams engaged on named accounts.
