About The Position

Velosio is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) to own indirect marketing for our partner channel (Stratos), as well as support MSFT and alliances marketing efforts. This role reports directly to the VP, Marketing. The Partner Marketing Manager will support our indirect partner channel, running evergreen nurture programs, creating campaigns in a box, as well as supporting partner enablement as needed. The PMM will also work in partnership with the Strategic Marketing team on MSFT and alliance programs, leading evergreen digital programs, as well as MSFT and alliance event support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years in partner or channel marketing – preference for Microsoft ecosystem experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to create measurable pipeline impact with partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management across alliances, sales, and partner organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for evergreen awareness and enablement programs for the channel (ie monthly MSFT win wire newsletter, ongoing updates to partner portal)
  • Create campaigns in a box that we can deliver to indirect partners (Stratos group) to enable them to go-to-market faster
  • Create enablement assets and partner communications to accelerate field execution as needed
  • Support MSFT, alliance, and Stratos events, running point on landing page creation, as well as pre-event promotions and follow ups
  • Collaborate with Shared Services and Tech & Ops for creative, event support, and HubSpot builds and reporting, respectively.
  • Track pipeline sourced/influenced and optimize for ROI.
  • Run high level branding and awareness campaigns to uplevel our perception as a value add SI/VAR both within Microsoft, as well as the market at large
  • Research and identify new partner for a company swag store/portal
  • Oversee swag for company portal and events
  • Align with Stratos on ongoing marketing needs (ie evergreen nurtures, as well as strategic enablement, and event support)
  • Align with MSFT, Alliances and Sales leadership on evergreen digital & event support and enablement
