Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 4+ years relevant work experience (e.g., sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising)
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years relevant work experience (e.g., sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising)
  • OR 8+ years relevant work experience (e.g., sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising)
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience in digital media sales/service with a focus on agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate meaningful C-level relationships with the most senior leadership layers of the agency.
  • Hold accountability for orchestrating and executing the commercial deal strategy for Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies.
  • Drive agency adoption and diversification of investment across our full Microsoft ecosystem, including Search, Display, Video, Gaming, AdTech and Data Collaboration solutions.
  • Develop holistic partnership framework and conceptualize and drive scaled investment and best practices across global markets.
  • Partner closely with Sales leaders across Performance Solutions, Media & AdTech Solutions, Gaming & Experiences to align strategy and commercial deal development.
  • Take ownership of planning and executing revenue-driving initiatives in collaboration with GMS, MSA partners and MCAPs.
  • Lead Agency and team Executive briefings and coordinate with Marketing to deliver high-value marketing events.
  • Champion AI-driven strategies to elevate agency partnerships, leveraging Microsoft's advertising and AI solutions.
  • Connect with other functional teams to ensure full leverage of available resources/budgets/tools to drive partnership value.
  • Foster and promote the cross-Microsoft agenda, leveraging the broader Microsoft stack to support the agency.
  • Operate at the 'tip of the spear', immerse yourself in industry shifts and competitive offerings.
  • Embody and promote Microsoft's culture and values.

Benefits

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.
  • In specific locations like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
