About The Position

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to manage and grow strategic relationships with a portfolio of agency and broadcast partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding partners to maximize engagement, adoption, and value from the platform. The Partner Manager will design and deliver enablement programs, workshops, and playbooks that build partner proficiency and self-sufficiency, driving retention and expansion. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategies, address challenges, and ensure partners achieve their business objectives. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and excellent communication to foster long-term partnerships. This position operates in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving are essential.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role within AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Media.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in training delivery, public speaking, and facilitating workshops or webinars.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented, proactive mindset.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Adaptable to evolving platforms, processes, and partner needs in a dynamic work environment.
  • Understanding of agency workflows, campaign lifecycle management, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with agency, franchise, and broadcast partners, serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Educate partners on platform capabilities, best practices, and strategic use cases to drive adoption and performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve challenges, align priorities, and support mutual success.
  • Lead tailored training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to increase partner proficiency and self-sufficiency.
  • Promote key features, product releases, and self-service tools to drive deeper platform engagement.
  • Facilitate business reviews, translating performance data into actionable insights that support partner retention and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop content strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and events that strengthen partnerships.
