About The Position

We're seeking an ambitious Partner Manager to join our team, with a focus on ecosystem and platform partnerships. You’ll work with technology, fintech, HRIS, expense, and referral partners to build integrated, go-to-market partnerships that drive shared customer value and revenue. This role's primary focus will be to identify and launch new partners that fit our ecosystem. But that's just the start. You'll oversee each partnership, from its inception to launch, and ensure ongoing engagement. Through partner programs, marketing campaigns, new integrations, and other innovative strategies, you'll be the driving force behind growing these partnerships and hitting our key business metrics.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and a history of consistently performing above quota in a channel sales or partnerships environment
  • Prior experience working in strategic business sales and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with fintech, travel, HRIS, and referral partnerships.
  • General understanding of connectivity and API integrations
  • Previous track record of overachieving targets
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with senior leaders, both internal and external
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement ecosystem partnerships with HR, expense, fintech, and more to improve revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Manage and grow technology and referral partners, driving joint pipeline, integrations, and GTM initiatives.
  • Own partner growth through joint business planning, enablement, and performance management.
  • Report on business performance and conduct revenue analysis for key partners.
  • Conduct research to understand the potential impacts of new partners on Perk.
  • Negotiate partner agreements and manage contract renewals.
  • Facilitate new partner onboarding by coordinating with internal teams on training, communication, and launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, representing your partners' interests while aligning with Perk’s goals.
  • Operate autonomously, showcasing both execution skills and strategic thinking.
