About The Position

The Principal Software Supply Chain Manager provides strategic leadership in vetting and managing Infor's software and hardware supply chain, ensuring vendorpliance and resilience. This role also serves as the senior point of contact for customer queries regarding the security andpliance of Infor's supply chain on an offering-by-offering basis. Secondarily, the role project manages Infor's Source Code Program, ensuring source code is only provided under proper terms and conditions and that all usageplies with the Source Code License Agreement.

Requirements

• Experience in software/hardware procurement and supply chain management
• Experience in global ERP supply chain operations and multi‑jurisdictional vendor management
• Experience vetting and managing third‑party vendors in ERP environments
• Knowledge of supply chain security,pliance frameworks, and customer engagement practices
• Experience with contract negotiation, vendor governance, and risk management
• Experience responding to customer queries onpliance and security
• Experience managing source code programs and enforcing license agreements
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or related field
• Experience working with intellectual property law, source code licensing frameworks, andpliance enforcement
• Experience working to improve vendor performance, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction
• Experience with OneTrust or similar vendor management systems

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vetting, approval, and management of third‑party vendors supporting Infor's software and hardware supply chain
• Respond to customer queries with clear, timely, and accurate information on supply chain security andpliance
• Oversee negotiation andpliance of source code agreements to safeguard intellectual property and business interests
• Project manage Infor's Source Code Program, ensuring source code is only provided under proper terms and conditions
• Monitorpliance with the Source Code License Agreement and enforce source code usage terms
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, legal, IT, and engineering teams to align vendor and source code strategies with business goals
• Track vendor deliverables, KPIs, andpliance metrics, reporting results to senior leadership
