As part of our international expansion into France, Benelux and Nordics, we are looking for an International Partner Sales Manager to join our expanding international team.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of a joint business plan with our system integrators, software, implementation, and integration partners, as well as with ATOSS Sales and Marketing to generate leads, build a pipeline, and achieve agreed co-sell targets.
  • Planning, execution, and progress review in line with the agreed business plan with partner solution, sales, delivery, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Defining and implementing enablement and go-to-market initiatives as well as managing the pipeline.
  • Building and expanding the partner network in European ATOSS target markets and industries.
  • Managing partnerships and processes (certifications, registrations, contracts, etc.).

Requirements

  • A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise, experience, and a proven track record in selling Cloud/SaaS software in complex customer and sales processes, as well as experience in collaborative sales with partners.
  • Experience in Human Capital Management is a plus.
  • Ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Business fluent English required, other European languages especially Dutch or French a plus.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
