About The Position

At Atlan, we’re building the world’s leading active metadata platform — helping data teams work better together, move faster, and make smarter decisions. Our partnerships with Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure are central to that mission. We’re looking for a Partner Manager, Cloud Alliances to own and grow these strategic relationships. You’ll be the driving force behind our joint go-to-market efforts with the cloud giants, unlocking co-sell opportunities, marketplace growth, and partner-funded programs that accelerate Atlan’s reach and revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in alliances, channel, or partner management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally with exposure to Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure ecosystems.
  • You understand how to turn partner relationships into measurable business outcomes.
  • You can build multi-level alignment across organizations and identify win-win opportunities.
  • You’ve successfully launched or scaled co-sell motions — aligning sales teams, creating joint plays, and growing pipeline through partner collaboration.
  • You’ve executed joint marketing initiatives — from webinars and events to content and campaigns — that convert awareness into results.
  • You understand cloud marketplaces, partner tiers, and funding mechanisms, and can translate them into tangible benefits for your company.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen alliances: Own Atlan’s relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure across multiple levels — from partner management to field engagement.
  • Drive co-sell execution: Enable and empower cloud sales and solution teams to champion Atlan, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Fuel GTM collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales to run joint campaigns, co-host events, and build strong field alignment.
  • Maximize funding and programs: Secure MDF, co-op funds, and cloud credits to power demand generation, events, and enablement.
  • Operational excellence: Manage program compliance, portal submissions, and reporting to ensure Atlan fully leverages each partner ecosystem.
