We're looking for talented individuals who are excited to join our mission of making field service a breeze. As a Partner Manager, you will spearhead the expansion of our partner ecosystem and drive significant revenue growth for Workiz. You'll be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships that accelerate our market penetration. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in partner management, engagement, and enablement. You excel at building and scaling high-performing partnerships, driving partner success, and generating new business opportunities. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of Workiz partners, optimizing partnerships for mutual success. You will identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with Workiz's growth objectives. Additionally, you will develop and execute comprehensive partner enablement programs, equipping partners with the tools and knowledge to effectively promote and sell Workiz solutions. Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner performance and identify areas for growth will also be a critical part of your responsibilities. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Workiz's market reach through strategic partnerships and channel development.
