The Partner Integration Associate (PIA) position follows a strategic approach to identify financial advisors who may be ready to sell or merge their business with ours. PIAs are responsible for contacting advisor suspects from a company provided call list, conducting outbound calls and e-mails with the intent of qualifying advisors as potential M&A prospects, and scheduling introductory meetings with the advisor and our Chief Business Officer and Partner Integration Advisor. PIAs use Salesforce software for accessing suspect lists and contact information, documenting calls, creating tasks, scheduling meetings, etc. PIAs will report directly to the Partner Integration Team Lead.
