Job Summary: As a Partnerships Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational rhythm of the entire Professional Services Partner Program and Team. You will be responsible for maintaining our Professional Services and Expert Services Operational Management, while building out process efficiencies around our Partner Program. Under the Supervision of the Director of Professional Services Partnerships, the Partner Engagement Manager’s role is establishing a daily cadence of responding to and managing internal and external Professional Services Partnerships activities where we need. Responsible for centralized control and process development over a wide variety of internal stakeholders. From streamlining partner onboarding to ensuring flawless delivery, you'll build and manage the operational foundation that enables our partners to excel while continuously expanding our capabilities through strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or similar role expertise in subcontractors or vendor management a plus.
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional professional services teams - ie. Project Managers, Analysts, Consultants, Product Managers
  • Experience in Project Management Tools, ie. ideally Rocketlane
  • Experience in CRM, ie. ideally salesforce.com
  • Background in financial operations, contract management, or accounting
  • Proven track record in managing complex operational processes
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

  • Experience with professional services delivery models a plus

  • Strong financial and accounting basics with keen analytical problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable operational processes for partner onboarding, documentation management, and system access provisioning
  • Create and maintain documentation for partner operational procedures and best practices
  • Administer partner access to internal systems while ensuring security protocols are followed
  • Coordinate with IT and Security teams for partner system access and compliance requirements
  • Prepare regular reports on partner operational health and performance
  • Support partner certification tracking and renewal processes
  • Support partner resource allocation and capacity planning across professional services offerings
  • Oversee partner financial operations including invoicing, payment processing, and revenue reconciliation
  • Develop and maintain partner relationships setting up contractual agreements and working models
  • Track partner delivery metrics and financial performance
  • Ensure adherence to partner agreements and operational requirements
