About The Position
Beazley is looking for a dynamic candidate for the role of Partner Engagement Manager. This position involves creating, organizing, and executing the regional business plan in collaboration with Partner Engagement Leadership, Head of Offices, and assigned underwriters within the region. The successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of each underwriting team's risk appetite and broker distribution strategy to drive regional plans, goals, and initiatives. They will effectively communicate Beazley Group's strategy, corporate messaging, and marketing initiatives to partners, and collaborate with Business Development to execute growth strategies and sales hygiene on a local level. Additionally, the role includes developing targeted plans that encompass broker education, entertainment, and tools to support underwriters' success, as well as identifying new business opportunities and tracking productivity data to ensure partners are aligned with growth goals. The Partner Engagement Manager will also provide insights on local market conditions and contribute to events that support collective growth goals.
