About The Position

As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to maximize vendor engagement and business outcomes. You'll collaborate across teams, act as a trusted marketing advisor, and showcase your creative and analytical skills to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is local to our Greenville, SC office, capable of working on a hybrid schedule, and exhibits a strong desire to achieve great outcomes.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work or military experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
  • 3-5 years + of related work experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and negotiation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Adaptable to change and resilient under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in channel sales strategy.
  • Knowledge of grassroots marketing.
  • Experience in vendor partnerships and vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Design strategic marketing proposals and enablement programs aligned with vendor business plans.
  • Track, analyze, and report on ROI from vendor-funded and grassroots marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with TD SYNNEX marketing, vendor teams, and vendor reps/executives to facilitate the execution of vendor-funded and grassroots marketing activities.
  • Serve as the marketing lead and subject matter expert for assigned vendor lines, addressing queries and offering solutions.
  • Develop compelling presentations for vendor Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that highlight marketing successes and opportunities.
  • Participate in planning and coordinating major conferences and events, ensuring seamless execution and representation of our company's marketing offerings.
  • Establish yourself as an expert on TD SYNNEX marketing offerings, including the deliverables on the marketing linecard, grassroots activities, and overall company value-added services.
  • Proactively identify new marketing activities or opportunities to drive vendor business, staying ahead of market trends and competitor strategies.
