About The Position

This career opportunity within our career framework is at Partner level and is for the Wipro Consulting - Energy business unit. The role as a Consulting Partner will lead growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging both; existing & emerging industry capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally. This role is expected to deliver growth across the following areas; Transformation themes for Downstream Oil & Gas, Consulting capabilities across Refining/Operations/Marketing/Retail apps, Enterprise Transformation, Digital Advisory, AI Strategy, CxO Advisory, and Talent & Change. Our Consulting Partner is expected to build senior client stakeholder relationships, and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant for business growth strategy, in collaboration with the Global Account Executives and other business leaders globally.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in management consulting, with 10+ in Downstream Oil & Gas.
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation and strategic growth.
  • Deep expertise in Refining operations and digital transformation.
  • Strong familiarity with platforms like AVEVA, AspenTech, GE APM, Voyage, PROS, PriceFX, SAP, OSIsoft PI, Honeywell, Symphony AI.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Digital Refinery, IT/OT strategies, Digital Twin, Intelligent Supply Chain, and Customer-Centric Marketing.
  • Experience in driving transformation across refining operations, lubricants modernization, and retail digitization.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s).
  • Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipro's client positioning.
  • Develop the consulting and advisory business by leveraging deep expertise and industry connections.
  • Identify & define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients.
  • Deliver customer value as a central theme across all activities.
  • Leverage expertise to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning and increase Wipro's mindshare.
  • Mentor consultants and build high-performing teams with deep Downstream domain expertise.
  • Drive revenue growth and margin improvement across Downstream portfolios.
