About The Position

BCM One is seeking a Partner Development Manager to support the growth of our key channel partner relationships. As our Partner Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing a critical partnership with one of our primary Technology Service Distributor partners, Avant, in the rapidly evolving telecom sector. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a key strategic relationship where your expertise and vision will directly impact the growth and success of both organizations. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders on both sides to identify innovative opportunities, drive joint business initiatives, and unlock new revenue streams. Your ability to communicate effectively and create influence across diverse teams will empower you to build impactful strategies that enhance partner engagement and accelerate market expansion. Work Locations: This role must be based in the Dallas, Texas area with the ability to be onsite at the partner multiple days per week. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship. Travel: 20% annually, within North America

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in the telecom partner channel
  • Strong understanding of telecom services, technology distributors, and channel ecosystem dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage complex relationships effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in growing partner revenue and engagement.
  • Experience with lead generation in the partner channel.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to support closing business deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our partnership with the designated Technology Service Distributor; including increased revenue year over year.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, long-lasting relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the partner channel to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor partnership performance, provide regular updates, and recommend improvements based on analysis.
  • Advocate and conduct training on our products and services within the partner’s ecosystem to enhance visibility and adoption.
