Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships and business development, preferably in a SaaS or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Passionate about driving partner engagement and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.

Nice To Haves

  • Track record of successfully shepherding multiple partners through an end to end partner journey.
  • Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems.
  • Experience working with medium sized service partners.
  • Existing Agency network in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage a set of Marketing Agency Strategic Partners.
  • Ensure world-class engagement with Intuit Mailchimp.
  • Drive mutual growth through new high-value customer acquisition.
  • Uplevel customer success and raise the bar on partner experience.
  • Recruit new mid-market Digital Marketing Agencies into Mailchimp partner program.
  • Manage and build Intuit Mailchimp practices with newly acquired and existing Strategic Partners.
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies to increase customer acquisition and growth.
  • Build effective relationships with internal & external partners.
  • Contribute to partner's new client acquisition strategy.
  • Drive new Intuit powered service offerings to accelerate partner growth.
  • Develop training and enablement materials and deliver sales enablement to managed partners.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to improve partner engagement and performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success, onboarding, and support.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
