As the Partner Development Manager, you will lead Global System Integrators (GSI) performance and drive sustainable sales impact through strategic engagement and execution. You’ll own the end-to-end pipeline—creating, tracking, and closing opportunities—while supporting field teams to accelerate deal velocity and partner success. You will gain expertise in end-to-end solution selling and influence partner innovation, while developing and driving joint Security strategy between Microsoft and GSI Partners. Acting as a trusted advisor and business leader, you’ll build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams to drive performance and resolve challenges.
