Cerity Partners is searching for talented, bright, and motivated individuals with the highest level of personal integrity to join our Partner Development team for the summer of 2026. This is a paid internship program (40 hours/week) and a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional environment. This role is ideal for someone looking for authentic exposure to the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory. Primary Responsibilities: We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented individuals who are interested in learning about the front-to-back operations of an Investment Management and Wealth Management firm. You will learn by doing and will gain direct hands-on exposure to corporate development initiatives including analyzing merger opportunities, tracking KPIs, managing relationships with strategic partners, and evaluating industry trends.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • A team player who leaves their ego at the door and welcomes feedback with the goal of continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills
  • Attitude that no task is to small and willingness to do whatever tasks necessary to make sure that the work is done on time.
  • Interest in finance, banking, wealth management and investments – we appreciate you may not know your major, which is just fine.
  • Exceptional project management skills and organizational abilities.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Major/concentration in business administration, economics or finance is a plus, but exceptional candidates from any major will be considered.
