About The Position

This role is designed for a detail-oriented analyst who will serve as the cornerstone for partner performance monitoring and reporting. You will manage the full lifecycle of partner data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. By delivering both standard and customized reports, you will provide transparency into engagement, license utilization, and key performance metrics. You will oversee the administration of partner dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable and insightful data. This position requires strong analytical skills, a commitment to data hygiene, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Collaboration across teams and the ability to prioritize multiple analyses are key to driving partner success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
  • Exceptional skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization
  • Experience with analytics platforms and dashboard administration (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, internal tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple analyses simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, hardware, and a dedicated home workspace

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver regular reports on key partner metrics, including license utilization, activation rates, and engagement indicators
  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests and provide customized data cuts to support strategic initiatives and executive decisions
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all partner records and attributes
  • Administer the Partner Analytics Dashboard, including user access, configuration, and performance monitoring
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in partner data to support optimization and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner reporting meets business needs and drives actionable insights
