About The Position

Are you a Cyber Security solution builder that has a passion to help customers innovate and leverage cyber security and zero trust best practices? Do you have a track record for using technology for helping customers and partners solve the most complex government mission, defense, and intelligence problems? As a GDIT Partner Cyber Security Principal, you will lead the technical and solutions relationships with top GDIT Cyber Partners, jointly working on new offering, strategic accounts, and customer innovation initiatives. You will own a consulting portfolio of high-visibility solutions built on and with partners - based in the most sought-after areas of Cyber Security, Zero Trust, and Cloud Cyber Architecture. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a savvy leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high visibility, ownership, and impact. You must have demonstrated experience with AWS and other CSP best practice cyber architectures, Cloud SSPs, IATT, IATO, and ATO experience, as well as other partners (AWS, Azure, Splunk, PaloAlto, ZScaler, Appgate, CrowdStrike, Mulesoft, Okta, Xage, etc) and have a proven track record consulting with customers on strategy, roadmap, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience: 8+ years of related experience
  • Comp TIA +, CISSP, CISM, CCZT, Any CSP Security Cert Preferable Certifications:
  • Experience developing sales, providing technology solutions and consulting leadership, in the areas of Cyber Security: Zero Trust, Cloud Cyber Architecture, Security and Risk Management, Asset/OT Security, Security Architecture and Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Security Assessment and Testing, Security Operations, and Software Development Security/DevSecOps
  • Security clearance level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Level Clearance or higher (US Citizenship Required)
  • Solution Delivery and Architecture in Cyber Security platforms (Cisco/Splunk, PaloAlto, ZScaler, Appgate, CrowdStrike, Mulesoft, Okta, Xage etc) and Cloud-based security services (AWS, Azure, Google, OCI)
  • Demonstrated track record building and deploying solution for US Public Sector or Defense Enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage current and prospective customers (CIOs, CTOs, Program executives, etc.) to build trust and relationships, clearly communicate solutions and concepts, and influence action

Responsibilities

  • Generate, pursue, and scope cyber security partner business development leads in collaboration with Division Growth leadership
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to build and deliver new joint partner offerings that accelerate customers adoption and mission outcomes.
  • Contribute to development and lead execution of cyber security partner solution strategies that include co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioning
  • Engage with prospective and current customers around GDIT/Solution Partner opportunities, including developed Partner solutions & related GDIT Digital Accelerators
  • Support enterprise captures and proposal content where strategic partner relationship is a critical element of win strategy
  • Lead development and execution of consultative selling collateral and offerings
  • Advise and support GDIT Program teams in using Partner solutions, programs, or other offerings
  • Lead execution of internal leadership and workforce engagement campaigns and efforts to build awareness, educate, and drive action regarding Solution Partners
  • Lead pre-sales engineering and support for Cyber Strategic Partner Program sales pursuits
  • Support Cyber alliance relationships, pipeline, and sales pursuits
  • Facilitate sales of cyber POC and POVs with our Cyber partners
  • Present approaches and messaging at internal training classes, external events, and client meetings
  • Innovate next generation cyber defense solutions that help minimize impact, decrease likelihood, and increase adaptability to cyber threats; Innovate cyber threat management and security automation products leveraging AI and machine learning
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale technology systems, orchestrating automation and optimizing processes for time and/or cost efficiency
  • Willingness to take a critical eye to security tooling capabilities and present defendable, technical justifications for decisions and designs
