As a Partner, you’ll be a key leader and trusted advisor – both within the firm and across the broader market. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, build lasting client relationships, and inspire high-performing teams. You will drive client growth by leading and growing strategic client accounts in the consumer/retail industry, serving as their trusted advisor on transformation, digital, omnichannel marketing & customer experience and data/AI. You will own and lead client accounts, serving as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor, and originate new business, drawing from your established network and relationships. You will deliver consulting excellence by independently generating client billing, overseeing complex strategy and transformation programs end-to-end, ensuring high-impact delivery that exceeds client expectations, and leveraging global expertise and cross-functional teams to solve our clients’ toughest challenges. You will advise clients on leveraging AI and data analytics to drive personalized customer journeys and optimize supply chain operations, and guide clients through sustainability initiatives relevant to consumer brands. Additionally, you will lead people and culture by inspiring and coaching a high-performing team, championing Sia’s inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture, and mentoring the next generation of leadership. Finally, you will shape the future of the firm by contributing to our go-to-market strategy, service development, and firm governance, and actively collaborating across international hubs and service lines to deliver integrated, cross-border value.
