Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience and demonstrated track record of leadership within a professional services firm.
  • Strong technical expertise in the relevant discipline (Assurance).
  • Proven success driving revenue growth, client expansion, and practice development.
  • Reputation for exceptional client service, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and build high performing teams.
  • High ethical standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep Technology industry experience (blockchain experience preferred).
  • Experience operating in high growth, multilocation, or national firm environments.
  • Prior partner or executive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership & Service Delivery Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high value strategic, technical, and operational guidance.
  • Provide executive oversight on complex engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging business needs that impact client operations.
  • Drive exceptional client experiences aligned with Aprio’s service standards.
  • Business Development & Growth Develop and execute growth plans that expand Aprio’s market presence in designated practice areas or industry niches.
  • Build and maintain strong referral networks, strategic partnerships, and market relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities for service expansion, innovative offerings, and cross firm synergies.
  • Represent Aprio internally and externally as a leader committed to firm culture and values.
  • Talent Development & Team Leadership Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the practice area.
  • Lead engagement teams by modeling accountability, collaboration, and advocacy for employee growth.
  • Provide performance oversight, career coaching, and succession planning support.
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, high trust environment that enables teams to excel.
