About The Position

Red Nucleus is seeking a motivated individual to join their Advisory practice and be a part of a team of consultants committed to delivering quality results to their clients and their businesses. Managing Consultants / Associate Partners / Partners will work with the Scientific Services and Advisory (SS&A) Leadership and other team members to help organizations solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. Managing Consultants / Associate Partners / Partners will help drive growth for SS&A while leading strategic client delivery engagements.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of drug development lifecycle and supporting process activities.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and driven.
  • Ability to multi-task with superior organization skills.
  • Ability to lead and take accountability for driving timelines and project deliverables.
  • Dependable and flexible.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with global and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Working in a Global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in supervising division or subdivision of staff.
  • Ability to drive new business opportunities and identify business opportunities in key accounts.
  • Experience in meeting assigned sales targets and managing growth in multiple key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as experts in delivery and ensure account growth.
  • Lead or support others in leading business development to drive strategic growth for SS&A with a key focus in Advisory.
  • Represent Red Nucleus in addressing the client’s needs.
  • Manage business development, budget and SOW management, project planning and management (PMO), business requirements, process optimization, training, business plan/case, strategic plan and roadmap development, solution design and implementation, innovative system design, quality and compliance, change management, user requirements specifications, user acceptance testing, systems validation and implementations, document migration, helpdesk, metrics and KPIs, data governance, and IT/Business liaison.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development, thought leadership, and strategic leadership of internal and client-facing project teams.
