We are hiring a Partner Acquisition Channel Sr Manager to our Partner Sales team in Houston, Texas! We are looking for a hands-on Acquisition Channels Lead to generate warm, qualified leads and source, manage, and deepen existing relationships with one-to-many indirect channels (such as indirect acquisition channel providers and associations). This role is pivotal in leveraging these partnerships to drive traffic to our Self Sign-Up page, ultimately reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and increasing the rate of gym sign-ups. You will also be supporting in the development of partnerships that create improved user experiences.

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales related field.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition processes and digital sales channels.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work and lead cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Proactive and ambitious with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools.
  • Data analysis skills to identify trends and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Generate warm, qualified leads through indirect acquisition channels.
  • Manage and deepen existing relationships with indirect acquisition channel providers and associations.
  • Drive traffic to the Self Sign-Up page to reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Support the development of partnerships that enhance user experiences.
  • Achieve lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through effective lead generation.
  • Measure the Return on Investment (ROI) for financial incentives and referral programs.
  • Expand and deepen partnerships with indirect acquisition channel providers.
  • Streamline the integration process of leads from indirect channels into Self Sign-Up.
  • Maintain high partner satisfaction and retention rates through effective relationship management.
