Account Manager responsible for developing and executing outreach and marketing strategies aligned with public utility goals.   • Develop and execute outreach and marketing strategies to meet client KPIs and program goals.
  • Coordinate promotions, events, and community outreach to increase program participation.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on messaging, materials, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders and clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in outreach, marketing, and program promotion.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, communications, or related field.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of the weatherization and energy efficiency industry.
