About The Position

Stormshield, the leading French publisher and a European reference in cybersecurity, is a subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space Cyber Programmes and offers innovative, certified and highly qualified security products at the highest European level for network and data protection. To continue our growth, we are looking for a a Partner Account Manager with solid experience in cybersecurity and partner ecosystem development. We work through a strong ecosystem of partners and are now expanding our indirect sales network to strengthen our presence in the Italian market

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Italian cybersecurity market and key industry players.
  • Proven ability to build long‑term relationships and work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel across Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with partners (VARs, MSPs, system integrators, distributors).
  • Build joint business plans with partners, supporting them on pipeline development, enablement, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to demand generation activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver joint events, campaigns, and training programs.
  • Monitor channel performance, KPIs, and forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape.
