Requirements

  • 2+yearsofexperiencebuilding,developing,andmaintainingrelationshipswithtechandhumancapitalmanagement(HCM)partners,benefitbrokers,CPA'sandfinancialadvisorsintheSMBspace(includingterritorysalesandbusinessdevelopment)
  • Successful-Proventrackrecordofsuccessinaquotadrivensalesenvironment
  • Passionate-Youareahighlymotivatedindividualcontributorandrelationshipbuilderthatcanoperateindependently
  • Dynamic-Youcanthriveinafast-paced,andever-changingenvironment

  • Proactivelyidentifyandresolveemergingissuesandoffersolutionsbyworkingcross-functionallywithSales,Product,Marketing,LegalandFinance
  • CollaboratewithPartnerMarketingtoinnovateandexecuteuniqueinitiativestopromotepartnersales(e.g,educationalevents,email,webinars,etc.)
  • Workwithpartnerstoestablishbusinessgoalsandperformancemetrics(e.g,depthofsalespipelineandrevenuegeneration)todevelopandexecuteeffectivego-to-marketstrategiesanddemand-generationactivities
