We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to lead our distribution strategy and expand our presence across Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware. In this high-impact role, you'll work directly with internal sales teams, distributors and end users to drive demand, support technical solutions, and deliver measurable results. This is a remote field-based role that requires travel within the territory, which may be up to 50% at times based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree in test and measurement and distribution.
  • 5–8 years of experience in technical sales and distributor/channel management in the test and measurement sector.
  • Deep knowledge of test equipment and the regional distribution landscape in MD and VA.
  • Proven track record of growing sales via distributor channels and end-user engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to operate independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main technical liaison for distributors in the MD/VA/DE territory.
  • Drive distribution sales strategy and implement enablement programs that deliver revenue growth.
  • Identify and close business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams and distribution partners.
  • Provide technical demonstrations and application support to distributors and end users.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and maintain long-term customer relationships.
