About The Position
The Business Development Partner, Crypto will work with a16z crypto portfolio companies to help achieve their ambitious growth goals. You will have the opportunity to work with disruptive founders and companies across the web3 ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of partnership-led, product-led, and developer-led growth; a successful candidate will have a breadth of experience and knowledge across the web3 stack. This includes: infrastructure and scaling solutions like bridges, L1 and L2 blockchains; middleware, developer tools and platforms including API providers and custodians; dApps and protocols at the smart contract layer including DeFi, Gaming and NFTs; distribution channels like exchanges, liquidity providers and market makers. This individual will be on the crypto GTM team, reporting to the Head of GTM and working closely with the crypto GTM team members, crypto General Partners, investment team, events team, and other cross functional teams responsible for crypto.
