About The Position
We are looking for an Associate to join our Capital Network team to work across our Enterprise & American Dynamism (AD) verticals. The Capital Network function serves as a trusted advisor that guides & advises our portfolio companies through capital raising (equity and debt), M&A (including strategic investments) and capital markets transactions. The primary function of this role is to provide real and sustained value to: (i) the Firm's Enterprise & AD portfolio companies, (ii) the Enterprise & AD investment team, and (iii) the broader Enterprise & AD operating teams through cross-functional collaboration. This role requires an in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday in our San Francisco, CA office.
